The Shaker Woods Festival was born in honor of the Shaker memory. More than 200 juried crafters, dressed in Shaker period clothing, will be offering his/her wares in a cool, manicured, wooded area. These craftspeople demonstrate their unique skills without the use of modern conveniences, including electricity. Crafts will include woodworking, blacksmithing, Shaker reproductions, woodcarving, basket weaving, broom, leather tooling and many more.

Entertainment includes cloggers, country and blue grass bands, Gospel groups, Barbershop quartets, sweet Adelines, demonstrations and more. In addition, an extensive selection of food concessions, many cooked over an open fire, including original Shaker dishes will accommodate the thousands expected.
