DAY 1: An evening arrival in Nashville with time to
relax at your hotel.
DAY 2: Lynchburg, Tennessee is the home of the
oldest distillery in the U.S. It’s where Mr. Jack first crafted the
recipe for the Old No. 7 and where every drop of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee
Sippin’ Whiskey is still made today. You will have free time in the
quaint town of Lynchburg. This evening
is the General Jackson Dinner and Show featuring a patriotic journey
through America’s music as we cruise the Cumberland River. Exploring the
music of country legends like Hank Williams, Patsy Cline and other icons
of the Grand Ole Opry along with the hits of the 90’s from Garth Brooks,
Reba McIntyre and Dolly Parton. And finally, we’ll enjoy the blockbuster
hits of country music today through the music of Carrie Underwood and
Rascal Flatts. This American musical journey includes a delicious prime
rib dinner and a three-hour cruise.
DAY 3: After breakfast we travel to downtown
Nashville. There’s time to explore on your own before
we tour the Country Music Hall
of Fame. The museum presents the crown jewels of its vast collection to
illustrate country music’s story as told through the turns of two
centuries. A treasure trove of historic country video clips and recorded
music, dynamic exhibits and state-of-of the-art design, live
performances and public programs, museum store, live satellite radio
broadcasts, on-site dining and fabulous public spaces. The Ryman is
next, known as the Mother Church of Country Music, built in 1892 as a
church and for more than 30 years was the home of the Grand Ole Opry.
Musicians ranging from Roy Acuff to James Brown and Patsy Cline to
Sheryl Crow have performed on the Ryman sage, making it a historical as
well as current day live performance mecca. Explore the history and
musical treasures of the Ryman Auditorium. N

we go to the famous Wildhorse Saloon for a home-style barbecue buffet
(lunch) and a free line dancing lesson. This evening we will tour the
Grand Ole Opry Museum before being treated to The Opry. After the show,
we will have a backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry House and you will
have a rare glimpse of what happens behind the scenes of the world’s
most famous country music show.
DAY 4: Enjoy a full breakfast before traveling to
the Hermitage Plantation. Andrew Jackson always welcomed visitors to his
home. Since The Hermitage opened as a museum in 1889 and over 15 million
people have crossed its threshold. You will now become part of that
tradition.
