Let a local guide bring you to the two churches that were important in his life – the Town Church and the Castle Church. There Pastor Lutzer will take us to where Luther nailed the 95 theses, and we will rehearse the details. Also, we will visit the House of Melanchthon, the most important co-worker of Martin Luther.

Enjoy an included lunch in the Town Square or at the cozy Brauhaus Restaurant. And take some time to shop at the stores along Wittenberg’s most famous street.

Near the end of the day, Pastor Lutzer will take you where Martin Luther burned the Papal Bull, near the famous Luther Oak Tree.

Stop for a quick lunch at a highway recreation area.

In the afternoon arrive at the city of Erfurt. Let us take you on a guided visit of St. Augustine Monastery, where Martin Luther lived as a monk for 7 years. Pastor Lutzer will explain life in the monastery and why Luther chose to become a monk.
